"Technology Addiction and Addiction Prevention Day: Healthy Use of Technology" Panel

On 25.03.2024, a panel titled "Technology Addiction and Addiction Prevention Day: Healthy Use of Technology" was held in the pink conference room with the participation of academic and administrative staff and students of our university.
In the panel moderated by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Makbule TOKUR KESGİN, Director of the Application and Research Center for Combating Addiction, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yunus Altundağ, Lecturer at the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling, Faculty of Education of our university, gave information on "Safe Journey in Information Technologies: Understanding Risky Dimensions" and Psychologist Dr. Evgin Miçooğulları, who works at the Medico-Social Center of the Department of Health, Culture and Sports, gave information about "Establishing a Healthy Connection with Technology". Bensu Sürücü and Yağmur Çakmak, members of the healthy living community, hosted the panel, while Rumeysa Kılıç, Zeynep Ecre Çin, İsmihan Selma Yılmaz gave information about Adequate and Balanced Nutrition to the participants at the stand event.
