To educate dietitians who meet the requirements of international standards and respectsuniversal, cultural and ethical values as well asbeing occupationally competentin order to preserve, improve and support individuals’ health throughout the lifecycle with adequate and balanced nutrition and to enhance life quality with the aim ofsupporting the benefit of society with the information and services produced in the fields of academy and research with the guidance of science and technology.
